Cezar Ads respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information accessed through our application.

This Privacy Policy explains how Cezar Ads accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when users connect their Google account and Google Ads accounts to the application.

1. Information We Access

When you authorize Cezar Ads through Google’s OAuth authorization system, the application may access information associated with the Google Ads accounts that you are authorized to manage.

Depending on the features you use, this information may include:

• Google Ads customer and account identifiers;

• Campaign information;

• Ad groups and advertisements;

• Keywords and search terms;

• Advertising performance metrics;

• Impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, and related reporting information;

• Campaign settings and advertising resources necessary to provide the application’s functionality.

Cezar Ads does not request access to your Google account password.

Authentication is performed directly through Google’s OAuth system.

2. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used solely to provide the functionality of Cezar Ads.

We may use authorized Google Ads data to:

• Display advertising performance dashboards;

• Generate account and campaign reports;

• Aggregate advertising metrics;

• Display search terms and conversion information;

• Compare performance between accounts and campaigns;

• Provide campaign management functionality;

• Create or modify advertising resources when explicitly requested by the authorized user.

We do not use Google user data for unrelated purposes.

3. Data Sharing

Cezar Ads does not sell Google user data.

Google user data is not shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage purposes.

Information may only be processed by infrastructure or service providers when necessary to operate and secure the application, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security requirements.

We may also disclose information when legally required to do so.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Cezar Ads against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Where authentication credentials or authorization tokens are required to maintain the user’s connection to Google services, they are stored securely and are used only for authorized application functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide Cezar Ads functionality or meet legitimate operational and legal requirements.

Advertising reporting data may be temporarily stored or cached when necessary to provide dashboards, reports, and performance analysis.

6. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of information associated with their use of Cezar Ads.

Upon a valid deletion request, information controlled by Cezar Ads will be deleted unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate security purposes.

Users can also revoke Cezar Ads’ access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security and permissions settings.

7. Google API Services

Cezar Ads’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google account access is only used to provide features that are visible and relevant to the user.

8. User Control

Users remain in control of their Google account authorization.

Authorization can be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions interface. After authorization is revoked, Cezar Ads will no longer be able to obtain new information from the connected Google account.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, its functionality, or applicable privacy requirements change.
